What is your process of shipping?

You will ship me your material, and make payment. Once I receive, it will take 2 days per bear to complete your order, we will ship your bear(s) on day 3 and update you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, but prices will be different.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the extremely unique and custom nature of these bears, there is no returns. We have an excellent rating and happy customers. You will LOVE your Heritage Bear.
